My wife and I had the great pleasure of meeting and sampling your delicious and unique scones this a.m., at the Wholefoods store in Tualatin. You are a wonderful engaging person and your product certainly exhibits your talent as a pastry chef! So we had to buy two boxes and will continue to purchase as our supply runs out.

We are impressed by the fact that you have re-created a scone as we mentioned to you during our brief conversation. Your scone is lighter more pastry like, not dry and smaller. Two of my frequent minor complaints about 'regular' scones is that they are too dense, always DRY and sometimes just too much to eat in one sitting. Your scones for us, hit ALL the marks!
