We believe in the health and well being of our patrons, their families and the environment. We put our principles into action by using only all natural ingredients and by working within a sutainability model which implements business practices that strive for zero waste, offers packaging that can be recycled or reused and by working with local producers and other businesses with similar ecological concerns. In support of this sustainability model, Florio Bakery is an active member of the Sustainable Business Network of Portland (SBNP). The SBNP is an alliance of locally owned businesses, community organizations and individuals which works to foster a sustainable local economy in Oregon.
